Mr. Jackson was hired to mediate for my almost ex husband and myself. I did not feel represented at all during the mediation. There were several comments made by Mr. Jackson that I felt were totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this attorney.

Mike Jackson helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. His knowledge, advocacy, and humor helped me when I needed it most. Very responsive. Mike is a great lawyer, and I recommend him without reservation.

I recently attended mediation in Mr. Jackson’s office in an attempt to reach a divorce settlement. He had been given high marks from my attorney. Unfortunately the proceeding was anything but fair and balanced. Mr. Jackson was not able to maintain an impartial position during the negotiation and even accused me of being untruthful; which was the exact opposite of the facts. After presenting Mr. Jackson with proof of the other participant’s inaccuracy, he was still unable to broker an equitable solution. Not only was it a significant waste of time and money, it was detrimental to my settlement.
