Got me weekends for my charge before I even asked great job Sir!!! Couldn't of asked for anything better!!

DO NOT HIRE HIM He promised to call me back multiple time, but did not.I once thought he was a scammer, the worst and worst lawyer that I have ever met.

This man defines what a lawyer should be I was looking at 8 yrs agg I got probation

My name is Latricia Evans. Mr Casaretto was my court appointed lawyer until today. He promised me that he would fight for me until he couldn't anymore. As long as I did what I needed to do. I was nervous at first but I knew he wouldn't let me down just by how he talked and was confident. I never gave up hope knowing I had him as my lawyer. He knew I had sick and small children to take care of and he fought for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Michael Casaretto he is a great lawyer and will do his best to get the best results for you. DO NOT HIRE. this guy is the worst. he has no clue what is going on with your case. I continually asked for appointments and he would schedule them. right before I was due to show up to the meeting, he calls and cancels, even went as far as sending me a text message that he was "unavailable" for an appointment we already had. he would call and tell me court was rescheduled or cancelled and the day of court he would TEXT to show up!! really? he had not idea what was going on and would ask the judge to reschedule, he would blame it on the office staff. he will negotiate plea deals without your knowledge. he will literally take your money with a smile and avoid all contact with you. he will negotiate for him self and never put you first. he wants to close a deal get rid of you and keep your money. this guy is a joke. I hired another attorney and the new attorney was blown away by this guy's unethical behavior. he will lie to keep your money, find any way to get rid of you even if it means agreeing to a deal without you knowing about it. he has moved from various law offices to try to avoid this negative reputation. DO NOT HIRE

Michael Casaretto was an excellent lawyer. He went above and beyond for my case. I had gotten a DWI, but it was a really strange case. I was never arrested for it, and so when it came time for my first hearing I had to turn myself in. The jail just had to take my mug shot and get my prints. They were having technical difficulties that day, but they had gotten everything from me and released me that same day. A few weeks after that cops showed up at my house saying they had a warrant for my arrest. I immediately called Michael, and he had my back and told the officers I had already been booked and to call Austin county to confirm. They refused, but Michael called one of his higher up friends to help on my behalf. The cops had me in the car and were down my driveway when they got a call saying my warrant was inactive. Michael filed a complaint against those cops. I highly recommend him.

When I contacted him for my case he was rude and inattentive. He was very short tempered and seemed to blame me for not telling him information he simply wasn’t listening to. Would not hire him after that consult

We hired and paid Michael to file some documents for us with the government. He took our money while making lots of promises, he continually claimed to be working on our behalf for months. When I finally got tired of just getting empty promises and no results, I asked him to simply send me copies of the documents he supposedly filed on our behalf and he stopped responding to me. We have received nothing for weeks now. I advise you to find another more professional lawyer who will actually work on your behalf instead of just taking your money.

Looking at 7 Felony charges, Michael treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He walked us through every step, he was with us at every court date, answered calls and explained our options. He worked hard to give us the best representation and the best deal. Payment plan and top representation, I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of representation.

I have to command Mr. Casareto for his work he is an excellent lawyer one who goes well beyond, to do his work, excellent at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer.
