I call on a wednesday morning to make an appointment at 11:00 am Thursday morning the following day, i am currently living in mexico. Next day the lawyer calls me at 9:50 am telling me what was my situacion, and he told what i had to do, and gave some answer to my question thru the phone, and i told him, we could talk in person so you could understand whats going on, and he said "no matter what your doing you have to do this" in a rude manner and getting his voice louder and i told him again, we can talk in person so you could understand what is going on, we have an appointment at 11:00 am today. He said "Today i am very busy i Cant see you at that time, maybe later in the afternoon" i was really mad he said that, i drove 200 miles just to see him. Hope he never has a case of my, with that attitude No Thanks!

I was not satisficed with Mr. Garza's services. I never felt like he was on my side and a temporary order to prove that. I work, pay my bills and just trying to get equal time with my kids, but sounds nearly impossible. I'm sure this is a one-off case and felt this was necessary for dads doing research on the internet. Unfortunately, this case been drug out due to COVID and still pending. Mr. Garza is no longer my attorney and full disclosure, he did refund a portion of my retainer fee.

You can tell a good law office by the great staff they have. If I could give more stars I would, my Divorce was handled impressively. Wish I would have contacted Mr. Garza's Law office first before wasting time with the online-divorce services.

I hired Mr. Garza to handle a child support case and my expectations were not only met but they were surpassed by far. I called. A woman took my call Took a brief of my situation. She spoke to the lawyer. Said they will return my call and juy st never did... I considered it unprofessional since they have calles M e and just ket me know they were not interrsted in my case. I spent tgat day and the next just waiting for the call back... I lost almist 2 days in the process i needed advice and legal support. Anyways...
