Theresa did not follow through on several promises to meet with the client's son or attend court hearings
“I also understand that these lawyers can not care so passionately about every one. But when I said she did nothing for my son, I do mean NOTHING!! I and my family members called her on numerous occasions to check what was going on with my son's case. The first time she had no idea who he was she didn't even know she was assigned to him. She couldn't even find his case. Second she told us 3 times on 3 different occasions that she was going to set up a phone/ person visit with my son to discuss the case. All 3 times something couldn't even explain what happened but she was not able to see him. On his court date, she didn't even show up.”
