I hired Mr. Graham to represent me in a DWI case involving a single car accident. I was extremely worried about it because I'm a pilot and my livelihood was at stake. I knew I hadn't had any alcoholic drinks, but no one believed me. Except Mr. Graham. He was a total pro from beginning to end. It took over a year to go through contested hearings about my driver's license and pretrial motions. But we won those hearings, and on the morning of jury selection, the case was dismissed in its entirety. While my case was pending, Mr. Graham kept me informed of everything that was happening in my case and everything he was doing in my defense, copied me on all documents filed on my behalf or received from the prosecutor, and never failed to accept my phone calls when I had questions or needed advice. It's been a couple of years since my case ended, and I still call Mr. Graham from time to time when I have questions about a legal matter. And he always takes my calls. Plus, he's never sent me a bill for our phone conversations. I was very, very happy with Mr. Graham as my attorney. Mr. Graham represented me for two years. I had a DWI charge that I thought was bogus. He thought so too. We had to go through some kind of civil hearing about my driver's license, which we won. But when the DWI charge went to court, The D.A. wouldn't budge. After a long string of negotiations, all the D.A. offered me was probation on a guilty plea. I didn't want that and said no. Mr. Graham took my case to trial by jury and we got a not guilty verdict. I was very impressed with Mr. Graham's preparation, communications with me, courtroom skill and presentation, and the fact that he never pushed me to do something I didn't want to do. He didn't keep pressing me for more money, either, like I've heard a lot of lawyers do. We agreed on a single flat fee in the beginning and he stuck to it. My job depends on my ability to drive. Mr. Graham was extremely helpful to me and got my DWI case dismissed after a long fight. He kept telling me not to worry, but I was worried! Other lawyers told me to plead guilty. Mr. Graham got the case dismissed! Man, I can't thank him enough!
