Ms. Broughton is, hands-down, the best attorney in Brownwood. She made our adoption process so seamless and easy. Even though we were nervous, she answered all our questions and calmed our fears. Anyone needing a family law attorney should hire this one. She does FREE consultations!!

Personally I went through a divorce in 2018 and she was my ex husband's attorney and the whole time I was going through my situation everyone was recommending Jennifer to me saying she is the best in town !! Hopefully I never go through another divorce but if I do I would definitely hire Mrs. Broughton !!

Very unprofessional. I set up an appointment with her for Tuesday December 11, 2018 at 4pm. At 4:15 I had to call her office and was told she was running late and would call me back that same day. Again at 4:50 I hadn't heard anything for a second time and was told id have to reschedule for wed at 11. 11:15 wed hadn't heard anything for a 3rd time so I called and was told my appointment was never put in the books but Jennifer would call me after lunch. Now here it is Thursday and still hadn't received a call. I called this morning and was told I couldn't set up an appointment until the beginning of the year which is 18 days from now. Its amazing their even in business with this type of customer service.
