I like this law firm!

Nice place 😊!

The only person that gave any kind of insight is Victoria. She does her best to answer questions. My son deserves to be represented properly. He has not received fair treatment. The original attorney we had (Michael C.) was lazy, incompetent, a big blowfish full of hot air, and did not show any interest in representing my son. Most of the time when we had court appearances, a different attorney showed up..They had no idea what was going on. The last court appearance we had Mr. Moody came, he asked if our attorney set up a meeting to discuss the case and talk about discovery. Our answer was no.I stopped paying a couple times due to no communication, and financial hardships. This firm was going to drop my son as a client because of that. Until I left a review, was asked to take it down and write something positive. I did on the condition that they please represent my son. I was told to continue payments. That the attorney (Corey) would contact us and set up a meeting where my son could have his side heard. Crickets is what we heard for weeks, I called and was transferred to an answering machine, I left a message, my call was not returned until today by the account manager, not the attorney. I am informed that full payment is needed before the court hearing on Friday September 3rd 2021. All they care about is money, the client is of no consequence. Severely disappointed in this firm.

Very bad experience i paid in full and never got my stuff taken care of and when I asked for my money back beacuse they didn’t do anything they would lie and make excuses this branch was the worst I had to call to Austin to there supervisors and tell them about this incident to get my refund I’ve used this law firm before in Fort Worth and were very good would never recommend this branch

Got the demands I wanted and worked with me on steps I needed to take to accomplish that goal!

This law firm is really fantastic and if I could give them 10 stars I would, if you need any help these are the people to go to. Ask for Victoria! She helped me get the ball rolling quick and stayed in contact with me and made sure to keep me up to date on any changes. Corey is a very great attorney you should try to get in contact with as well, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help me out during tough times!
