“Extremely unprofessional law firm starting with the receptionist. Extremely immature woman with no manners. The paralegal thinks she is a big shot lawyer or something and even she is arrogant and a pain, not to mention how unprofessional it is to never answer questions left for her in messages since she is NEVER in the office.”
