Mr. Garney quite literally said the opposite of what I said to him in court. He only talked to me for 15 minutes prior to the first court date. I asked him about discovery, and he said what discovery. He was my court appointed attorney, and I fired him the first day during court! He had no intention of fighting to bring my child home to me, and that was very apparent that first day in court. I would not recommend him based on his actions 4 years ago. Hopefully he has changed his ways. I would've put zero stars on here if that were an option.

This is the best decision you could ever make. Brian and his staff are top notch and very professional. They helped me with my car accident case and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He listened to what I had to say and his staff always made sure I was in the loop of what was going on. If I didn't understand part of the process they were there to explain it and walk me through. My case ended up going to trial and yes we won. I have no doubts that Brian and his team will treat you the same and he will do everything he can to get justice for you. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
