If you're looking for an aggressive and fair attorney who you can trust to fight for you, here he is. Brian Gutierrez defended my fiancé and I in a wreck where the at fault's insurance did not even want to cover our medical expenses. Brian immediately filed a lawsuit and after a long battle, won a great settlement for us. He kept us updated along the way! I don't know where we'd be without him financially, or emotionally but I'm sure glad we found him.

I had a big trailer rear-end accident while I was a student at TAMU College of Medicine, and it was a total loss. I had suffered from dealing with the post-accident cares and treatments. My case was extremely slow before Brain Gutierrez took over. After Brain Gutierrez started working on my case, everything was moving quickly and smoothly. Claudia has given an update almost weekly basis regardless of whether there was progress or not. If there was no progress, Brain or Claudia Flores always explained what they were waiting and how they would take action for the individual situation. Very transparency and clear explanation of every step. I was even out of town for my Fellowship training at Harvard Medical School, when they were working on my case. They are always quick response and easy to reach. It was very confident and comfortable that Brian office worked on my case with frequent updates. Brian and his staff were great. They took our case, which was never going to be a huge case, just to help us out. When he couldn't get the amount that he thought was fair to us, he just took expenses rather than the 1/3. We settled for less than what we wanted but more than we thought we'd get thanks to Brian's persistence. Highly recommend his firm.

Brian was very compassionate and when others would not take my case he not only helped but was very aggressive. He very obviously cares about, and values his clients and their wellbeing! Would definitely recommend! I got recommended to Brian by another attorney I called who couldn't take my case at the time and was able to meet with him very quickly. Brian and Claudia worked to get the best settlement for my totaled car, kept me posted as the case progressed (expect a weekly call towards the beginning), and were patient during my recovery treatments which went on for a few months. Eventually when I finished treatments they recieved a settlement offer which they fought back and forth to increase, Brian and his team also reached out to the doctors/offices I was getting treatment from to reduce their bills so I wouldn't have so much deducted from my settlement. Brian, Claudia, and the rest of the team made the entire process after my car accident so much easier than I could've expected.
