My family was in a car accident (other driver ran a stop sign and his insurance company acknowledged responsibility), and we hired Daniel Stark to help us manage recovery of costs. They were easy to work with and easy to talk to until they had locked us in as customers, and then they were frustratingly difficult. They mostly ignored us, left us on hold, and gave us the runaround. They made themselves rich and we lost a lot of money. After the settlement ended, we continued to get medical bills. Just got another one today, in fact. Here's the timeline: • Accident: July 2023 • Hired Daniel Stark: August 2023 • Settlement: April 2024 • Still getting bills from the hospital that we hired Daniel Stark to pay: December 2024 Be warned.
