Never use Daniel and Stark! They are crooks! The settlement they gave me was a joke. $500 for a wreck and a broken vertebrae. I’m sure they filled their pockets up with my money. GREAT disappointment. Victor Hernandez.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Claudia Yanez and Heather is god sent these to women are very caring and wonderful. Claudia Yanez made sure everyone was paid and was top of everything she kept us in the loop everytime there was a change..I just loved them because they showed my family some much love they really do care about ther clients we are more then case to them and thats the best thing..

My mother had an accident in Bryan and she hired Daniel Stark to handle her accident. Then in June my mother passed away and Kat Ballweg help me with her settlement. She was very calming during this emotional time for our family. They were very easy to work with in getting all documents required due to my mother's passing. Their service was HORRIBLE my settlement came and the lawyer tried to make more money than me and I was in the wreck!!

Daniel Stark staff were remarkably inept in handling a potential case against College Station Independent School District. They claim to represent those that are in need, but in reality, they are looking for money, not justice. They refused to take our case as they contended that Sovereign Immunity applies to CSISD in case of material negligence for children with disabilities. This is not true. The law firm is mediocre at best.
