My name is Barbara under my grandson crazy name(smile) I just wanted to say I was in a really bad accident on Nov.21,2017 and was hit from behind at a red light was totally devastated, paramedics took me straight to ER when I got out I called Daniel Stark and OMG was so relieved that someone out there really care. They immediately sent someone to my house with some paper wrk and also drove me to see were the accident actually happen, after that I got a letter in the mail stating my attorney was Steven Hooker and Brittany Roberts (paralegal) what a Blessing to have them both, the first time I called and spoke with Brittany she was soooo understanding, I started crying and she was so caring and concerned I can't thank her enough for listening. Whenever I had to call or had any questions they were always there for me not to mention I had a family emergency in California and they made a way for me to go God Bless you All....the whole Daniel Stark Team.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in phone calls and mail from the other parties insurance company daily. I had never been involved in an accident before and did not know what to do! This was my first experience with lawyers... I was was scared, and I was doubtful that I would benefit from filing a claim with Daniel Stark. However, Heather and Claudia took me under their wings and shielded me from the ugliness of dealing with the "other" insurance company. January 30, 2015 was one of the scariest days of my life, we were hit head on by a drunk driver. My mother, my sister and my daughter were also in the truck.. my husband was driving.
