Overall my experience was excellent. Our attorney Justin Jackson and his team were there through every step of the process, from getting through recovery to the end of the case with insurance. Even when everything started feeling overwhelming, our Daniel Stark team had the patience to explain what needed to be done next. Everything takes time, but our attorney definitely had our backs. I highly recommend going to Daniel Stark.

In the beginning of my case, I would say that they were great, but after settling I haven't talked to anyone on my team without me being the one to call. They don't even bother to shoot me a message with updates or anything for a firm that's getting $30,000 from my case they don't seem to care once they know they're making some money from you. I haven't talked to my actual attorney in at least three months. When I do speak to Scott or Ashley, it seems like I get excuses or the run around. The firm lost a lawyer in the middle of my case so they've had more of a workload but I don't think that should mean I have to suffer and not be called back even when I'm in their calender scheduled for a call back. And when I do get a hold of Ashley she apparently hasn't got an update from Scott in a month so I always end up waiting for a call back I never get or on hold to be told she can't reach Scott and that she'll call me back which rarely happens. Now we're at the finishing faze, and I can't even get a simple answer on when my check will be printed and a meeting scheduled for me to receive it, and this is the easiest part.

Monica was more than helpful when it came to my questions, especially since my wreck was in Louisiana. The team listens to you and keeps you informed every step of the way

Daniel Stark was great they kept me informed and they actually fought for me to get what I needed.

I’ve used them along time ago and they made a good penny off me. I brought to them a valid case and my meeting was cut short and they rubbed elbows with the company I worked for. They are a good with insurance but they are not honest and didn’t even give me good advice on what to do. They could have had a million dollar lawsuit I was injured on the job all the evidence they needed and I was fired for talkjng about Jesus to another employee that I was training. I would recommend another lawyer for sure.

Great experience. They are all very informative and encouraging you to ask questions. They constantly call and check on you. I loved the app that keeps.track of any messaging back and forth but also let's you know where you are in the process. At any time I felt like all I had to do was pick up the phone if I had a question. I didn't have to do anything extra. They did it all. I recommend them to anyone going through these unfortunate circumstances.
