There are only two things that you need to know about John: His representation is aggressive, and his relationship with his clients is personal. We asked John to look at our case when our son suffered a catastrophic injury. We already had an attorney, but we came to John because our case was complex and we needed an attorney who would fight hard for us. When John took over, the case changed immediately; John was relentless, and the attorney for the other side could not keep up. After only a few months with John on the case, the insurance company caved in, and gave us the full limit of the insurance policy. Our previous attorney told us that our case was only worth a certain amount. John more than doubled that figure and obtained a 7-figure result. John was compassionate with us, but hard-nosed with the opposing attorney and the insurance company. He fought hard for us, and he always took the time to give us a status update. John worked hard for me and was professional and timely. He got me the results I needed. As an activated reservist the Active Marines tend to dislike, distrust, and enjoy discrediting reserve Marines whenever possible. The disregard for reserve Marines is evident in the continued apathy and inability of the active forces to correct any pay problems or even send the official retirement paperwork I need to complete my retirement process. John was able to prioritize the most important aspects of my case and although I am still waiting on my official papers and the five pay problems, that the Corps can't seem to correct after two years, he did consider my desires and gave me the best advice to meet my needs-to leave active duty and return to my family. I am glad there are Marines that fight for Marines as the active duty senior officers in todays corps are focused on their careers and readily sacrifice their subordinates for their betterment.

Mr. Hodges was my attorney during a very difficult time in my life.
