The attorney experience was great. I did not have issues with Ms Manry herself. The issues I had during my experience were mostly staff related. It has been 7 months since the resolution of my case and I still am having issues. During the time they were working on my case it was placed on a dismissal docket twice due to them not processing my case in a timely manner. The unfortunate thing about this is the other party in my case had to inform me of this instead of my attorney. The were a few times a court date was set but never communicated to me. In one case they called me at 5pm the day before to tell me there was a court date. My case was settled out of court but each step seemed to take months. The follow through on simple request and orders was lacking a great deal. This resulted in me having to call them multiple times to see what is was they were doing (they charge you for every one of those). In several of those phone calls they seemed confused and I had to tell them where my case was. They would ask me to send them info they already had and would tell me that they were working on orders they had already sent me or drafted. It really was just all over the place. I finally got my final orders 4 months after they had everything they needed. I thought I was done with this nightmare, but I have been contacted by the attorney general twice now to tell me that the child support order they drafted is incorrect and they will have to contact the attorney to get it fixed. Here I am months later and I am still having issues with them. The only thing they seem to be concerned with doing accurately or in a timely manner is billing you. Overall great attorney but the staff needs to improve a great deal.

The patients that Dana Manry has shown is off the charts. This has been the hardest thing I have ever gone thru and she was right there with all the information. Questions answered and promises kept. Thank you Dana. I wish you the best, you have given me a new start.

Went to them for Worker's Comp and they supposed to do a Skype interview with the location in Arlington where it was done. They had difficullties so we did a conference call. Assistant for Kim (lawyer) spoke with us. He was very polite and acted like they could help me get my back surgery approved from incident at work back in February. They said they would contact me immediately about a doctor I could see who would take care of me and never did, only calls from several medication companies asking for me to use them which is not what I needed. I called them and receptionist in Arlington was very rude when I called and kept interrupting me and not letting explain what I needed. The person we initially spoke with never spoke with us again and Jose who was supposed to be helping me acted like I was annoying him when he finally answered the phone and said I needed to give him time and he only had the case a couple weeks ago and gave me no info at all. I told him I just wanted to update him and let him know the latest info but he just kept repeating he needed time. I called a week or two later again and again receptionist was very rude and was told he would call back and never did for a week. I called again another week later and they finally got another person to speak with me and he was polite and answered a basic question but still no return call or info on my case. Same again a week later and they said Jose wasn't there but somehow he arrived after waiting to speak with any other person and he said he had no info from my doctor. I called my doctor and asked them to call because they said they had no info. My doctor office called me back saying they told him they had already received everything they needed. My husband heard a commercial on sports radio about an attorney, so I desperately called them. They said they no longer handled Worker's Comp cases but referred me to a previous competitor who they said a lawyer would actually sit down and listen to me. I went to my appt a few weeks later to see Matt Lewis in Richardson TX from Fort Worth and it was definititely worth the drive! He was very nice and understanding and actually cares about people and understood what I was going through and told me immediately what Worker's Comp was doing to keep me from getting my surgery approved. So I'll be leaving another review for him as well since he has already contacted me a couple days later regarding a new doctor for my case and knew exactly who I was! So Matt Lewis Gets 5 stars and Bailey & Galyen 2.

Doug Wright has been my attorney for several years. Each time I've needed his help, Doug approached the situation with genuine concern and demonstrated knowledge. During such high stress times in my life, I really needed both. I've come to rely on Doug as a trusted counselor and advisor, and I highly recommend him to friends and family.

"Divorce" My god I've just been served with divorce papers and have no clue as what to do next. That was my story in 2012, but I learned a lot in that year.My first thought was to locate and hire a good attorney that can represent me in court, help me through the divorce; to be fair to both sides and not take me to the cleaners (money). Well I was lucky enough to stumble onto Bailey and Galyen Attorneys at Law in Fort Worth, Texas. I set up a non-cost pre-counsel appointment to discuss my options and probable cost to complete this divorce. After meeting with Attorney Doug Wright and staff, I was convinced that I had made a good choice in an attorney and staff to help me through this difficult time. After hiring Mr. Wright and staff to represent me in this civil dilemma, I was keep abreast of all my court meetings, the progress of the divorce and the mediations of my proceedings by mail, phone, or E-mail. When I called to ask a question, the staff or Mr. Wright either would answer my questions or return my call before the end of that business day. I really felt like they were working for me and not just for the money. I would like to say thank you and a professional job well done to Attorney Doug Wright and the Staff at Bailey and Galyen Attorneys at Law in Fort Worth, Texas.
