I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this immigration attorney. My experience was marred by excessive waiting times, as my family and I were left stranded in their lobby for over three hours. The lack of organization and professionalism was appalling, leaving us feeling frustrated and undervalued as clients. It's unacceptable to keep individuals waiting for such an extended period without any explanation or apology. I would strongly advise against seeking their services due to this disheartening experience. Free isn’t always the best option, our time is very valuable as clients.

If I could give zero stars I would! Basically paid for them to only fill out paperwork for my husband! I even took the FOIA on my own for them to review his case and not even with this they were able to do a decent job! Very lousy attorney and assistants! Only once did I speak with the attorney! Don’t waste your time or money!! They told me my husband only had a 10 year bar and didn’t need the waiver bc he’s been in Mexico for 10+ years. Turns out after the interview he was denied because these incompetent attorneys didn’t study or research his case thoroughly! I regret going through with them i hope my review can help someone and decide to go elsewhere.

She’s incompetent , you can’t trust her. She made me and my family waste time and money, she doesn’t answer her phone and when she does she’s mean and rude. She only treats you nice at first , don’t waste your time with her, go find yourself a good reliable lawyer who is truly a professional .

I hired Dr. Kareneva to represent me I’m my adjustment of status case. I had previously consulted several immigrating attorneys and they all told me that I had no solution and should wait for a reform. Dr. Kareneva filed a waiver together with paperwork and obtained an approval for my waiver foe the 3 year penalty. I will highly recommend her!
