It was calming and relaxing knowing that DARRETT & Associates covered both of the traffic tickets that I acquired in the same week. She was very responsive and always responded when I had a concern. I was AMAZED at how Ms. Darrett took care of me! I had 3 traffic citations totalling over $1600 in fines. She got them ALL DISMISSED!!! In addition to me being happy with the final outcome, her fees were (surprisingly) low and the service was impeccable! If I called, texted or emailed her she was ALWAYS responsive. I normally don't leave reviews, but this young lady has really blown me away. I hope I never need her again, but I know if I do she's going to take care of me.

They never pick up the phone. Communication is very limited. Would not recommend.

When hiring a licensed professional... you expect guidance and a certain level of service. In keeping this short I expressed my concerns at the beginning of the divorce process. I had to be the one constantly following up with her office. I was so frustrated at one point I went to the law library to research on how to aid myself. My opinion and experience with this law firm was far below standards. They did as least as possible while expressing to me they were doing all they could. Twice the attorney and/or her aide expressed I was right in my findings about a particular part within the process. Either they did not care or were extremely incompetent. I never give a bad review but this process was stressful for me and if I paid for someone to look out for me... I at least expect that. Poorly done... grade given D- at least I got the divorce!

I fired her! She is MOST definitely not the lawyer to fight for you in a custody battle! She didnt care about my case, I only talked to her the day before what she said would only be mediation. I lost full custody of my child because I was misinformed, she was unprepared & unconcerned, then went to trial when she said would only be mediation (therefore I had no witnesses & he had several), & after trial she told me, "it's not the end of the world!" I wish I could give Zero stars instead!!!! I want a full refund!!
