The process is taking longer than expected but I'm hopeful it's worth it in the end. The communication could be better through the proecess but fingers crossed ill update as the process continues. Update: 7/14/23 It was definitely not worth it in the end because of this attorneys poor communication and failure to clarify I'm now forced to go back to court to handle cases she supposedly handled and they're saying issuing a warrant in August and the hold on my license remains all this over bad communication and all she could say was "My apologies if you misunderstood" WHAT A JOKE! Total waste of time and money and I will never go to her again please you guys save your money and go somewhere else she not worth your hard earn income just take care of it on your own you'd be better off honestly. I absolutely do not recommend her for Traffic citations her condescending attitude and poor communication throughout this whole process has been the only thing consistent.

SHE NEVER ANSWERS OR RESPONDS HER BUILDING SECURITY SAYS SHE IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE SHE DOESNT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR FOLLOW UP WITH YOU LIKE SHE CLAIMS SHE WILL AND MEANWHILE I'M SITTING HERE WAITING FOR A SERVICE I PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY THAT SHE OBVIOUSLY CAN'T PROVIDE. I SPOKE TO HER AND ASKED QUESTIONS SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE AND IF YOU GET AN ATTITUDE BACK SHE'LL PROBABLY DO SOMETHING SPITEFUL LIKE INTENTIONALLY IGNORE YOU SMH... I'm disgusted at the lack of professionalism and horrible communication this woman displays CONSTANTLY. This is why I go to the other people because my own are SORRY. I don't think periodic communication is too much to ask of someone you PAY to do THEIR JOB. I will never go to her EVER again and I for damn sure won't refer anyone she has such TERRIBLE customer service!

Mrs. Pinkerton is a blessing to me and others that needs an understanding lawyer that listen to her clients. I had been trying to get divorced for over 25 years and couldn't get a fair amount to pay. Mrs. Pinkerton worked with me on my payments and I'm happy and divorced. Covid held up the speed of it all. She's no nonsense type of lawyer, that is what you need. She also do land titles and children custody etc. Check her out and she was the 2020 lawyer of the year in Cedar Hill, Tx . You will not regret.

Kim helped us navigate the probate process when my father passed away without a will. We had no idea what the process was, and she was one of the only attorneys who had an initial conversation with us without charging a fee. We continued to rely on her for guidance during the many months we were dealing with my father's estate. While there were some points of confusion for us that required checking in with Kim, she was always responsive. I recommend her for anyone looking to go through the probate process.
