I went to Mr. Jackson and Mr. Kant seeking assistance with a rather unique conservatorship case. They and their office staff were both highly professional and responsive to our needs. Mr. Jackson handled our case personally, he worked with us and for us to achieve what was best in our case. Justin represented me in a custody case and did an excellent job of understanding how to navigate the finer details of the legal system and the attitude and emotional disposition of the presiding judge.

Justin Jackson was paid $5,000 by my family and he wasn't worth $0.05. Very unprofessional and a lost pup in the courtroom. I would have to get him from out in the hallway or I couldn't find him at all. Other times he would appear "telephonically" during court hearings.

Going to Mr. Jackson was the best decision I made in my divorce case. It was a complicated case and the few law firms I went to before Mr. Jackson, assure me that I had ALL to lose and the kids mother could do what she was doing. I was at a lost when I met with Mr. Jackson. I explain to Mr. Jackson I wanted a divorce and that the kids mom had taken and move the kids to Hereford Tx, almost 9hrs away from Austin, against my will. I told him what I wanted, I wanted the kids to move back to Austin so I can see them as much as possible. Within 4-6 weeks I had my kids with me while the process of custody was underway. At the conclusion of our case I got 50/50 custody, I do not have to pay child support, medical insurance has to be provided by the mom. I end up with everything I wanted, my kids back in Austin, and more. After a few lawyers telling me I will have to keep paying child support and the kids will stay with their mom in Hereford Tx like she wanted to, Mr. Jackson made me see some light again and got my Kids back for me. It was just AMAZING what he did and glad I met Mr. Jackson! Everyone keeps asking me how did I end up with this great outcome and I tell them to meet Mr. Jackson. I went online to find an attorney to help me with my divorce and found the Jackson Law Firm had good reviews so I decided to give them a call. From the beginning Cara Surell was very informative and advised me on what would be the best path for my process. When I first begin looking for a divorce attorney, my consultation request started with a statement of “it’s complicated” and that is what caught Justin’s attention. During my consultation, he assured me that he was there for me and it wasn’t what my ex-husband wanted but what I wanted. At that moment, I knew Justin would be my lawyer. I have to admit that I am somewhat difficult and can be a bit bossy but I left my divorce in Justin’s capable hands. When I was shaky on how things were going, he continued to reassure me especially after the Temporary Order hearing. I believe at that moment Justin realized how complicated this divorce would be. My ex-husband went for the kill and diverted his past failures on me. The outcome wasn’t what I expected but Justin advised me it could have been worse for me; it was only temporary and now the real work begins. I took a breath and said, “I trust you”. Justin made sure that we proceeded to the next step which was Discovery. He met with the judge to fight my case that my ex-husband didn’t disclose any information while I provided what was asked. We both went through some ups and downs but I knew Justin was working my divorce and when asked, I received updates. The final divorce decree had to be the hardest as we were looking at possible asset distribution situations and it wasn’t looking good for me as I had more assets than my ex-husband. I had two kids (one in college/ one in middle school) but yet my ex-husband wanted to take all he could from me. I knew what I wanted and provided Justin with my proposal and he said, “It won’t be easy but I am going to do everything to get you what you want”. He did exactly what my lawyer should have done which was to fight for his client (me) and needless to say that by the Grace, Favor and Mercy of God we came out victorious. I could not have been happier. If anyone is looking for a good divorce lawyer, Mr. Justin Jackson is who I would recommend. My wife and I had our wills done here. We met with Mr. Jackson and we reviewed our goals and objectives. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. Our wills were drafted in a very timely manner. The rest of his staff are very professional and handled everything with detail.
