I used Jackson Law Firm when going through my divorce, which involved children. I very much appreciated that Justin took the time to sit with me and explain the process and what expectations were. He listened to me and advocated on my behalf for the things that were important to me. He was patient with me in needing to process everything at my pace while also explaining that the legal process is a process that can sometimes take time, but in that patience you can get the best results. I was able to receive very good results not only for myself but also for my children. I would definitely recommend The Jackson Firm to anyone who asks.

We’ve been going through 11 years of family litigation. It wasn’t until we found Justin that we were taken care of. He’s rational, reasonable and doesn’t use scare tactics. I had reached out to multiple firms (some even with recommendations) before contacting JLF with some post-divorce questions. Stephanie was the first to treat my questions (small as they may be) with a level of professionalism and care. My initial phone consultation with Justin was amazing and his knowledge and (again) professionalism was a breath of fresh air. You will feel that you and your issues matter. Moving forward I will, with all certainty, use their services.

I had a phone consultation today and the attorney did not call. I had worked with them previously and assumed the experience would be the same. The first time we worked with them, it was a great experience. However, the attorney did not call and the paralegal did not respond to email. If I hadn't called today, I don't think anyone would have followed up with me and I wouldn't have known why the attorney did not call today. At the very least, someone should have communicated this to me. Although I was already a client, there was a large questionnaire that I was required to complete before the attorney would even speak to me on the phone. I had questions that only she could answer and since she didn't seem to be available without filling out the paperwork ahead of time, I scheduled an appointment with a different law firm.

I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing assistance. My case was a divorce case including child support and spousal support. My spousal support was difficult because it included a base salary plus commission which isn't included in any of the boilerplate files you can obtain on the web. I originally spoke with Justin Jackson who was extremely professional and at the same time reassuring that they could handle my specific needs. He was called away to another more pressing case and I worked with Collin White, an associate lawyer, who responded any time I had a question or change. It would have been almost impossible for me to have resolved my divorce without this firm. They are quick to respond and never make you feel like you are bothering them.
