Aubrey was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She was given barely 3 weeks before the court case and she took that case and dominated the courtroom. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and rocked in the courtroom. Definitely worth every penny spent. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone needing a family law attorney

My lawyer helped me through the extremely difficult and challenging divorce which lasted nearly 2.5 years. Ms. Aubrey is ver knowledgeable and explained every part of the process that I had to go through myself. The best part is, she listens and only wants what is best for you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Aubrey Morgan Lopez and her paralegal assistant Simmoni Calhoun helped me in a divorce case. Both are very professional, and made me feel comfortable; they made me feel they got my back. Although my case was relatively easy (uncontested), I had many concerns and questions about and throughout the process. Aubrey was very patient since our first phone conversation, and explained everything in detail. She was always ready to answer any question I had, and sometimes would email me at night, outside working hours, to make sure I have all the information I needed. Mrs. Morgan was extremely professional while supportive of a difficult situation. She made every effort possible on my behalf while allowing me to have a say on how to best proceed in response to my divorce petition. She provided me with enough information during an unscheduled consultation to feel encouraged that she would be my best choice for legal representation. Legal fees can be insurmountable, but she will work to limit these when possible. She, along with her legal assistant, Simmoni, will work on your behalf to reach the best possible outcome. They make you feel like you are their priority and are readily in communication throughout the arduous process, while being encouraging of a positive resolution.

I came to Aubrey at a very fragile legal spot. Not only did Aubrey guide me through a system I wasn’t familiar with but she made me feel comforted in her quick responses and advise. I just worked with Aubrey on a limited representation divorce arrangement. She represented me and helped me and my ex put together the necessary paperwork to facilitate dividing up our "community property" (real estate). I would recommend Aubrey Morgan to anyone looking for a family law attorney. She was everything and more I could have hoped for during my complicated (and heartbreaking) divorce. I honestly feel that she provided me with the kind of legal advice and support that I would have gotten if a family member or a best friend were representing me. She was amazing! She returned calls and e-mails promptly and was always able to calm my frayed nerves with facts about all possible outcomes and strategies. Since my case was unusual, she spent her own time researching past case law that might be relevant or helpful. I genuinely felt like she really cared about ME and about my case. In a divorce, everything gets turned upside down and it can be really scary. Aubrey is the kind of person you want on your side during times like that because of her professionalism, her skill as a lawyer and her compassion. I simply can not recommend her enough. If I could give her 100 stars instead of just 5, I would. She absolutely deserves the high praise from me and the other reviews here.

i was having issues with the ex post-divorce; she had retained her attorney from the divorce while I had not, and they over the past 2 years had continually harassed me with items outside of the decree, threatening to take me to court if I did not comply. I retained Ms Morgan to help solidify my position that I would not continue to accommodate their requests that were not covered in the decree, and Ms Morgan quickly and abruptly handled the situation. She was open and up-front with me about my options and potential future actions, and handled the dialogue with the opposing attorney professionally but firmly. I would recommend Ms Morgan for anyone's family-law situation, she proved to be both committed and capable.
