Mrs. McArthur represented me twice and both times she lied to me by telling me I had 2 yrs & 3 months back time which I did... She told me my minimum date was in 3 months... I got to prison and couldn't figure out why I hadn't seen parole... Well it was because my charge doesn't have a minimum... I asked for a polygraph because I did not rob my own house... She said the DA wouldn't let me take one. After I signed for the brown bag special I wrote the judge and he appointed me another attorney and the next day I went to Richard woods office... Told him my story which left him speechless. He went and called Dale came back and said I have no questions to ask... Screwed over once again... McArthur said I was charged with robbery because I didn't help my roommate when my husband put him in a choke hold (that's what he gets for stealing everything we owned) but then when I saw parole he said my paperwork says I punched my roommate. When I told her I wanted to go to trial she said no... Roommate has never been in trouble... A year later STOP set him up and he whose word it would have been against mine is now at the Beto unit with a 17 year sentence for 5 delivery of controlled substance in a drug free zone and gun charge... I have no idea how this woman is still practicing....

Will not call you back when they say they will. Clerk who answered phone was rude and impatient.ust have been herlunch break. Go down the road for professionalism. Lisa Powell is serving us. She's very professional and hears you out. Has a nice clerk who answers the phone whom is also professional.

She is a great woman. I love her too death. She makes me smile when I can't.

This lady has not returned any calls and has changed a court date without notice to her client now they are sitting in jail because of her. Still no answer from her law firm horrible person don't ever use her as a court appointed attorney she will let you hang. Im still trying to get in touch with this lady for 2 days and she still won't return the call she should be disbarred,call your client's back Johann McArthur

As a military Veteran fighting for our country for ten years and moving half way across the country. I was MISREPRESENTED, I moved to fight for my rights of my kids. Every time I asked a question, she would give me a half response "hang in there" Going to court she never backed me up with the evidence I had against my kids mother, money, money, money is still she wants. The last time I asked knowing that my ex was violation of the court order and asked for her to file a contempt of court for it.... she responded with I need 1,200 dollars more to do it. She is a waste of time and money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND her unless you want to waste your time, and money. I learned my lesson, do your research. This is my truthful advice to you.
