Very pleased with the outcome of my case. Everyone I spoke too was very polite and professional and always answered my questions. Never made me feel like I was being rushed off the phone when I spoke to them. My case manager was super nice. All in all I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a great accident attorney.

Everyone at this place is awesome. Communication throughout my whole case from start to finish was fantastic. Kevin is a great guy and I highly recommend him. Derek was also great. All around a great place that I will bring my business to if I need to again. Very friendly people as well!

Went to them after being hit by a car. My primary concern was my medical bills. They were able to get the bills lowered and get enough from insurance to pay the bills and then some. They called to update me on regular basis throughout the process. They answered all questions I had in a polite and professional manner, despite me being obviously ignorant of how this all worked never having a lawyer before. Completely taking the financial stress off my shoulders and allowing me to focus on what mattered. My recovery!

I was seeking legal aid and called Chad Jones Law Firm. I didn't leave a message but they returned my phone call and Yvonne was helpful in steering me in the right direction. Even though the counsel I sought was not in their field of specialty, she was gracious to hear what I sought and encouraged me to be confident in my cause. Empathy is invaluable in counsel.
