So as a purple heart disabled veterans I'm so disappointed in the service provided by this law firm I paid them 200 to help me with a speeding ticket let's just say nothing was done communication error I ended up going to jail 3 weeks later on that ticket only for them to not offer a refund but just a small discount on my next case im so un happy now I'm out of 200 still had to pay the ticket post bail and get my car out the pound and they are not willing to compensate me on anything please go somewhere else don't choose this law firm awful

I have used this law firm for 3 different occasions and for each and every one it was painless and easy and they saved my butt. Each and every time I was more then satisfied with the results. Thank you so so much Byno team. The beauty with the red hair was awesome and relatable as well. It is already overwhelming dealing with courts and tickets so it was nice to have someone who wasn’t super arrogant or rude. Thank you again 5 stars for sure

Hired Jack byno and associates paid $150 to have my ticket dismissed about a month ago. Received an email today informing me that I have to pay $250 for court fees 🤦🏽♀️ I mean I’m glad they were able to get the ticket dismissed because it want go on my record but with the cost of the lawyer & court fees I’m outta pocket $400. I mean I knew I was going to have to pay some type of court fees BUT $250 IN COURT FEES IS RIDICULOUS. The court fees cost as much as the actual ticket.

I was promised a resolution that didn’t happen. Now I’m paying more than I ever was going to before. They just say, “sorry but it’s your fault.” They promise one thing, don’t come through, and then blame me for it. Stay away from these people.
