I would not recommend. I reached out to Jack Byno, Attorney at Law in order to get a speeding ticket dismissed to ensure that it would not be on my record. I first reached out late June early July. Jack assured me that he would be able to get my ticket dismissed. Being a busy college student on top of working full-time, it’s easy for stuff to slip your mind. As I was going through my emails looking for something for my school I noticed that I had an email from July 11th in the spam file from the attorneys office. I was very distraught because according to the email my payment was due three days before I even saw it. I called the office first thing Monday morning and explained the situation to the receptionist which then told me “our emails end up in people’s spam quite often”. Also while speaking with the receptionist, they let me know that my actual due date wasn’t for another five days so I was in a state of panic for nothing. I understand that things happen and it is not completely their fault but considering that they know there is a history of this being an issue it would have been nice for them to give me a phone call to ensure that I received the email. Another issue I had was the fact that I was given strict instructions by Jack and his team that I needed to complete a safe driving course online in order for the ticket to be excused. This ended up not being true, which I only found out because I didn’t think my documents would get to the court in time if I mailed them so I drove and dropped them off there myself. While at the court the lady proceeded to tell me that she always runs into these issues with Jack Byno. So I ended up taking $100 course online that took six hours of my time when it was not necessary. She even showed me the document that she forwarded to them that clearly said that I was not required to take the course. Again I am a busy college student who is working full-time to put herself through school, so the amount of stress that was added to me to take a six hour online course and have to pay another hundred dollars within a couple of days, on top of all of the fees I had already paid, could have all been avoided if this attorneys office did their jobs correctly and had better communication with their clients!

John is absolutely fantastic - very knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions and more. Would highly recommend if you are ever in need.

Hire at your own risk! Mr Byno and I had spoken via phone and he told me what he would do for my case so I paid him the retaining fee. He set a court date and I didn’t have to be present, perfect! But after the court date my fees from the “worked” case were as high as the original tickets. If you retain Jack make sure you get everything in writing cause he’ll tell you what you want to hear as long as he get paid.

They were able to dismiss a ticket within a couple of weeks with no afford from my side. It was speeding in a school zone (which I however was not possibly able to know as there was no sign from where I started and not a single child was there). Excellent job.

Attorney Jack Byno handled a traffic ticket for me in a timely manner. There was no need for me to go to Plano and take care of the matter especially since I live in San Antonio. I recommend his services to anyone needing help

I was very satisfied with the bottom-line outcome of my case. The communication process felt a little choppy at times, so there are points where you just have to take a leap of faith that things are progressing and on track, but ultimately they were.

We obtained Jack Byno to represent our son for a traffic ticket that he received almost 3 years Ago and he was able to get it dismissed and so it won’t go on my sons record who is in the military and needs a clean driving record. We are so grateful to him and his office for all their hard work and helping us getting this situation behind us! Now my son can relax knowing this is no longer over his head or on his record We highly recommend using this attorneys office to handle your case!! Thank you so much!!!
