Not only did the law firm take care of all my issues, Freddy is hands down the most customer-service focused individual I've ever worked with!! He goes above and beyond to touch base with me, both electronically and verbally. He's got the greatest attitude and is super helpful!

John and Anthony (Tony) are awesome! About 4 Years ago (2016), I invested in LLC for a real estate deal which had real estate lots tied to the LLC. John and Tony were able to walk me through the process from demand letters, Arbitration, $800k Judgement and was able to Foreclose on those lots and sell on the MLS. John as the attorney will represent you and ensure the facts are uncovered, client strategy meetings and push for closure. Tony is a diamond in a rough. Tony complements the practice with his foresight, knowledge, and the upmost integrity. These are the partners you need on your real estate investment team or protect you from foreclosure. Make No Mistake!!! - These two dual individuals and their entire on-hand staff are the best in Dallas and Fort Worth.

This is one of those shady law firms. Once they got your money they won't even answer your phone calls. They don't disclose any of the court interaction with the client. The only interact with you on email and also so rude. Just to get the court letter you need to send dozen emails, its waste of your time. This firm will not solve your problem instead create more problems. I never thought there could be this bad non professional lawyer would be there in Dallas.

I was referred to this office and don't want to jump to conclusions but I just called to initiate a contact and was placed on interminable hold. I hung up after waiting for 27 minutes,

DO NOT USE! Paid $100 to have them lower the price of the ticket $100 with it staying on my record, but they think they did something for me, then proceeded to ridicule me in a very rude way. Extremely unprofessional.

First of all they never respond. I have tons on emails where I had to keep forwarding them to get a status or answer. The judge granted the judgement on the creditors behalf only because they never responded. They do not do their job. They called me stating they pretty much did me a favor by extending the debt for over a year. Please...Do not waste your time. I handled the debt myself and was able to settle for much less. I would’ve avoided this whole thing had I done it myself from the beginning. Don’t hire them. Do it yourself. Creditors are willing to settle for very little. Don’t waste your time or money.

I was considered a habitual violator and jack showed up on time got me put on a probationary period instead of them suspending my license and jack has got 2 of my speeding tickets dismissed since then he is a huge life savor

I have a CDL and was pulled over for speeding in my Fiancé’s car going 15 over.... if I didn’t have a CDL it wouldn’t be such a big deal, but I did and it was. 15 over is considered reckless driving with a CDL regardless if you are driving a commercial vehicle or not and you can’t take defensive driving classes to get it off your record. I hired Jack Byno and he personally guided me through the process, called me with updates and best of all he got it off my record (oh, and I didn’t have to show up in court). I applied for a job last week, they checked my MVR and it was CLEAN! I start orientation Monday. Thank you Jack!
