Nope not a good attorney. I would have been better for me to pay the court instead of retaining the attorney ended up paying more than what the ticket where

I tried to retain this law firm's services. The first person I spoke to was great, the second person I spoke to had the nastiest attitude towards me. She couldn't even comprehend that my name was "Bob". After being greeted with this level of competence I decided that I would not retain their services. The lady even told me that they have a form on their website. Their website looks like it was built off a cheap template. I don't see a form avaliable on their website either. I think it's fair to say that you shouldn't trust companies that spend the most on SEO, but seemingly nothing on everything else.

Was allegedly going 90mph in a 45mph zone. Beat the case and just had to not get another traffic violation within the next 6 months. Now it is completely off my record. Spent more up front but will be paying less in the long run with an increase to insurance.

Feels like the lawyer didn't even try. Which is upsetting because for the expensive fee they charge, one would've thought they would've done more. The only reason I even came here was because I'm from another city, and my original attorney couldn't represent me. And don't just take it from me, just look at the rest of the reviews itself. My mistake was not checking the reviews first.

Today I went to the court to talk to, and let them know, that I am being blamed for missing a court date. and they told me you had nothing more than a court date, and that is not a trial date! They said proper trial never ever happened, no trial date ever set for you, first goes court date! Then trial date, and trial never happened, but is supposed to, for proper process. The court says: at this point we are not concerned with you missing a court date, it is why you hired an attorney. He is supposed to be present for court date, and he was, we did not need you at court date, and WERE NOT seeking your presence, this was not a trial yet! If you had a trial and missed it, then we would have questions as to where are you. Your attorney did not request any trial date whatsoever, he never did, instead he signed you guilty, right up on court date, and made himself free. We do not have a trial date on record, none. Who told you, you had obligation to be present on court date? I said: the attorney... We do not require! Trial date yes! but not the court date! Why did you hire an attorney then??? He is the one to be on court date, not you, don't let anyone be telling you this! You were signed guilty by your attorney without even getting through the stage, and getting there to setting a trial to happen! This is update with what court told me! The question is, how am I being made guilty, without full due process, and trial? You can't go into convicting for guilty, anyone who sees them self innocent, without a trial taking place! Only then! And here we never had it progress to that stage, and it is a must! You can't convict, and waive a right to trial and hearing, for your defendant because he is not at the court date! Court said not required! if anyone said required to be on court date, then it is not a proper process, you do not pass court date for a trial, that is never proper judicial process, And the attorney, signed me guilty, waived my right to trial and hearing, without ever telling me a thing! This was no trial. Just a court date, I never gave up. and I never gave up a right for trial and hearing, and attorney did not inform me, did not ask me, and like a cattle signed me waving my right to trial and taking defeat. Based on what? On me not being present for the court date about which the court said I am not required to be present at, at all? Is this lynching? You have arrived at the court early, I know you do! You don't see me, you all have my cellphone number, was it so hard to text me a single text saying where are you, I am in the court and you aren't. I live mere 5.5 miles from the court, you never texted, you wanted me convicted! You have conveniently signed me guilty, signed for me waiving right to trial and hearing like you were not just a representative, but my very self! without ever asking me a thing, before signing. you don't ever sign anything, unless I approve it! You can not "impersonate" me at 100% no matter what. Solely what the court informed me today. I harbor no evil in heart, I am crashed and desperate at this point. My two legs are barely holding me, they are cut, drilled, and what not. It is the reason why I am driving. It only tells even louder, I never had an intention to miss a court of any, I simply was mislead in email communications from the mediator. I did not do the offenses. As I found out, you Sir, spent a lifetime being a former prosecutor, speaks volumes! It seems if you don't believe someone, you will set them for failure. My insurance is now 800$ more expensive you are ruining lives! May it all be served from God to you, the way you serve it, convict without trial date ever set, first is just an arraignment! That must happen and pass, only then trial court date set! And you, for your convenience make it over with without trial ever set! Royse city court clerk said, there was no trial date ever set! What you did Sir, truly is criminal!

I hired Jack to do a very specific task, read two paragraphs of a traffic code and give me his legal assessment of the meaning. The question was basically...the law allows you to drive a golf cart on the road in certain circumstances, does the subdivision I live in allow this or not? They told me it would be $150 and he could call me later that day. I said Great and re-confirmed that I would have an answer to my question at the end of the call, they assured me i would. Jack did call a few hours later, but sure enough he had not read the traffic code as promised, and rambled on about nothing. In less than 10 min I stopped him because he was not prepared for the call and was delivering nothing close to what he committed. I asked Jack to refund the $150. He refused, and told me it was now a 'consultation' and I was paying for his time... he acted like i had not hired him to do a very specific and simple task. He then boldly offered to actually do what he had promised to deliver on this call for another $500/hr... what? I told him I was going to leave a bad review on google, at that point he threatened to sue me for slander! and said it would end up costing me a lot of money. Jack, If telling the truth about your business practices is a crime, or there is one word in this review that is not accurate, Please go ahead and sue me. I dont know if they intentionally mislead me, are committing fraud, or they are just seriously disconnected within their office between the attorney and clerk that took the original call. Either way, I should have looked at the google reviews before calling this moron. Do yourself a favor and be very careful.

Jack took care of my two violations, both were dismissed, he was efficient and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend his services

My kiddo got a speeding ticket and the court would not work with him on getting it deferred or taking Defensive Driving, so we hired Jack Byno's firm. Seven months later (and absolutely no effort on our part), we received an email that the ticket has been dismissed. THANK YOU!!! We only had to reach out, and Byno's people did the rest.

We hired him to take care of a ticket that had turned into a warrant for my daughter. They said that it would take about 6 weeks for the warrant to be lifted. It took almost 7 months and every time we called that said it would take another 6 weeks. After a year they sent a confusing letter telling someone who doesn't have a car or drive that they need insurance before court. So we tried to call and speak to the actual attorney. We have never spoken to Jack Byno even once since hiring him and they tried to charge150 more dollars for a consultation. The man on the phone was rude and wouldn't let us talk, kept talking over us so i asked for a supervisor who also talked over us repeatedly. He would tell me to ask my questions and when i started speaking he would pop off that he was waiting for my questions. When I got mad because he wouldn't let me speak he told me to "take a chill pill." Mr Byno is too busy to talk to his clients and keeps taking on more clients anyway. Because he's too busy for them, he has unlicensed people in his office giving legal advice to those clients. I'll admit I got a little heated myself but I can't stand being given the run around or treated like I'm stupid or like my money doesn't matter. He laughed when I said we paid hard earned money because it was only $150. We're talking about a single mom who is living with her parents because she can't afford her own place right now and that money was on top of the other fees to take care of the warrant. In his words they open at least 15 cases a day. That $150 sure does add up quickly at that rate. Either way, I don't care if it's $20. If JACK BYNO was contracted to do a job for that rate then we should be able to speak to him at least once before court.

I have been Jack Byno firm seems like forever and they have never felled to get a positive result for me. Thanks for all you do Jack.
