Got caught speeding. Filled out their online form which was quick and responsive, the office even followed up with me afterwards. I tried to follow up about every week or ten days to see if there was movement but the office was very vague, and they didn't explain possible outcomes or affects of the settlements. So ask specific questions and hopefully Jack will respond. I received a warrant warning after they didn't appear in court for me. I reached out afterwards then my case was immediately settled. They shocked me with what looked like the original ticket plus $25, giving Jack's service a very ineffective and deceiving appearence. Turns out, they just didn't tell me what had happened and what is to come. They told me the warrant warning was automatically generated and the ticket would go through deferred adjudication (probation) which will keep it off my record after paying the fine. I'm sure they're busy but to make this a great experience, it would require them telling you what can and will happen, instead of simply receiving a larger fine to pay with no explanation immediately after a warrant concern is brought to their attention. Rare offenders, Jack is probably a GOOD choice. Constant offenders, well you are your own problem.

Hired this office today to assist with keeping 2 speeding tickets off of my son's driving record. I found the office staff (particularly Bridget) to be informative, helpful and very professional. I already came across a mistake and followed up to have it corrected. It seems to be a busy office, and yes I have hired them to represent my son in these matters, but that doesn't excuse us from being diligent on our part and helping out were can to encourage the best possible outcome. I will update my rating as events unfold, but I fully expect to have a positive experience with a reputable attorney.

Wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE contacting this law firm. Seriously, if you have a bigger case to solve maybe then but for things like traffic violations just go to court. You're better off getting a way reduced fine going to court yourself. I was charged $75 for their services and ended up paying more for the ticket than I would've if I would've handled it myself. I went to court for my speeding ticket prior to this and I talked the judge into doing community service and waving fine and I got it off my record. I should just become a lawyer and scam people. Lesson Learned.

I hired this law office to help with my traffic ticket thinking I would have a better outcome. I ended up paying more then I would have if I just went directly through the courts deferred probation. I was still happy they were able to keep it off my record as long as I don’t get another violation within 90 days. If you can take care of it through the court don’t hire a traffic lawyer.

Had a speeding and hired Jack Byno to handle it. His office staff were quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process through email and text. Then I got a message he got my ticket dismissed!!!! No court costs, no probation or anything. Dismissed!! Definitely recommend!

Listen! I went to Attorney Jack Byno feeling anxious and worried about some old tickets, that turned into warrants. TX wanted me to pay over $2200 in tickets/court fees. Jack looked at me and said “hey man, I can’t make any guarantees....but stop all that sweating; I’ll handle it for you” Lol. NEXT THING I KNOW... tickets dismissed. And I’ve been a fan of Attorney Jack Byno ever since!

Mr Byno is one of the worst attorneys in north Texas. Attorneys works for the best of their clients and fight for the best possible deals to satisfy their clients. This lawyer is greedy and has no ethical standard to follow. We hired him on a traffic violation case,just speeding ticket for my son. His retention fee was $150 , and the outcome is $334 fine, defensive driving class and three mobth probation. Lawyers are to represent their clients in courts but mr Byno asked us to come to the court , and he didn't show up, when we called his office, we were told that he already had a deal with the prosecutor the day before. Such an attorney who rips off his client should be out of business .

I've used this firm 3 times for tickets and I have never been disappointed. They are quick, easy, and they always come back with a preferred outcome! I would recommend to anyone!

I hired Jack Byno to represent me for a speeding ticket. The fee was a reasonable sum, was billed via email, and convenient to pay. I received emails and phone calls throughout the entire process and any questions I had were answered promptly.
