Great Service, Fair Price, Excellent Outcome

I have used this firm for years, the last ticket I got they got dismissed completely(like I didn't even have to pay the ticket), which I wasn't expecting. They keep it off my record, and that is all I care about. Most of my tickets I've had to pay, but who cares as long as its not on my record and does not affect my insurance. It's been a few years but I got another one today, will be dropping it off Friday and not worrying about it. The $75 is worth it, I don't have to worry about making any mistakes doing it myself.

You never want a lawyer, BUT if you get a speeding ticket CALL this man. Saved me from a HUGE ticket. I hope I never need him again but, I will use again.

When i first started with their program they seem to care about customer service, down the line they got to relax after they got my money which i don't even know what i paid for. NO updates on my report when i need answers, very hard to get a hold of someone to talk to because you have to make an appointment phone call to talk to a live person? e-mails are being return back within 1 to 2 weeks? Im not a happy paying customer. Liz finally e-mail me back and i responded back i have left your firm to go to another credit repair company. That's how bad my experience with this firm was. My most concern was communicating with your customers and was very poor. Never again i would go back and wouldn't recommend anyone!

Were' available right away to work on my tickets. Got the issues fixed with the courts right away.
