I have been trying to help my son get a debt settled. He gave this firm authorization to talk to me. Unfortunately by the time I stepped in Chris Ebert had ignored phone calls, emails, meetings and all communication with my son. Then the same responses with me- ignored. All we wanted was to see where it is in the process (if at all). It has been a year since my son hired them and paid in full! Now my son is getting threats to garnish his wages. I reached out to Chris about this, so far no response and don't really expect one. Shame, shame, shame on you and the firm for not being dependable or professional - and taking his money. They got paid up front so I guess it's shame on us for trusting them. They have their money and we have nothing.

Got my whole speeding ticket dismissed! Definitely recommend this place!

I am a CDL driver and was involved in an accident that was not my fault in Hillsboro. They wrote me a ticket for failure to maintain speed I think just to write a ticket. I’ve always had a clean record and I was scared to get a blemish. There isn’t a lot of communication from the law office and you won’t be speaking to a lot of people, don’t worry about that. What are you going to talk about anyway? He handles lots of cases and knows what he is doing. You will be notified about when to show up so don’t sweat it. You do have to pay up front for your fines and what not, but everything was handled the way it needed to be. Jack got the case dismissed and I got my my money order for the fines handed right back to me. (BTW keep your receipt for the money order, if not it’s hell cashing it back to to yourself) I needed a lawyer to get my case handled and got exactly what I needed.

Don’t waste your money with this guy, we hired him to represent our son for a speeding ticket. He didn’t even show up on the initial court hearing. Fortunately the judge was sympathetic to our situation and rescheduled the hearing. At the second hearing, a gentleman (Byno had some other attorney fill in for him) showed up less than 5 minutes before the hearing and simply told us to just plead no contest. What a joke...we could have achieved the same results defending ourselves.

Hired this office to take care of a ticket. They didn’t do anything I couldn’t have done myself. In fact my fine ended up being raised from $260 to $310 on top of the $75 I paid to the office for taking care of it. Terrible service. If you need a lawyer I’d suggest any office other than this one. In addition to this, the staff has been very rude and difficult to work with.

I wont put what exactly they helped me with but what I will say is that no other attorney wanted to help me. I called 9 others before Jack Byno and all said no. Not only are they getting a high rating for taking my case, but they're getting the high rating for keeping me out of jail and keeping the incident off my record. They need better help at the front desk. Them telling me to leave and take a couple extra days to make a decision. It Was just what I needed, so I used that time to hire a different attorney. One who wants to make money instead of one who pays there employees to lose them money.
