They got my 82/55 speeding ticket dismissed. Very effective communication and outcome.

Jack Byno lacks in communication. I never received a copy of what was agreed to. Months later I received a letter from the court for failure to appear only then to find out he filed a waiver so I can't appeal my case. Mr. Byno needs to do better for his clients, especially when you take their money. I do not recommend hiring him.

i recently gotten a bad speeding ticket, after research i landed here. my phone call was quickly answered by Chris. he was very straight forward on my case and gave me a few options and explained, answered all my questions etc. wasn't pushy. i needed a few days to think about it and ended up not fighting the speeding ticket. based off my experience i would use this place if i needed it. Contacted J. Gannon Helstowski Law firm to help me out with a large and incorrect apartment bill that had gone to collections. Cost is definitely reasonable, and they got to work on my case immediately. They were very helpful with every step, and always kept in touch about my options, their suggestions, and the end result was a settlement that was fair, and saved me a good amount of money. Helena was great to work with, and would refer them to anyone.

Jack Byno’s law firm was able to help me with an old citation from a small east Texas town that was difficult to work with. They moved my case to a friendlier court and took care of everything promptly via email correspondence and text. They were always a quick email away which was great for me because I am usually busy during work days. I called many law firms locally but none were easy to reach like them!

Overall good service! Ticket was $330, ended up paying around $420 ish after all said and done with 90 day probation which was my only critique. But that's still better than getting that $100/M insurance premium increase over next 3 years. They obviously know what they're doing, and overall would probably work with them again! Wish I didn't get the probation but eh what can you do. Solid service, most people posting reviews don't understand how much of a favor these guys are doing for you even if you end up paying more upfront, you're potentially saving 100s if not thousands longterm.

I m CDL holder 15 years already, hazmat carrier. Got speeding ticket 92mph on 75mph zone - on August of 2023. I didn’t hesitate to hire the attorney right away. That’s was Jack Byno, Attorney at Low. Trial was rescheduled twice, and on Wednesday of this week July 24 of 2024 almost year later - my ticket was dismissed 👍👍👍 Thank you so much for helping me to keep my record clean. God Bless you❤️✊

I had a good experience. Had 2 citations, one dismissed and a small fine on the other. Ticket will stay off my record if no other tickets are issued within 30 days. Thank you Jack.
