Great work

I hired them a year ago to take care of 2 offences I had and I received a letter today saying I didn't pay it I have the paper work to prove i did I wouldn't hire them again I guess they don't take some people seriously I just wasted my time and money on them

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE< CSR TOLD ME I NEEDED TO BE NICER TO PEOPLE. SHE NEEDS TO TAKE AN ETIQUETTE CLASS, AND SHOULD ALSO KNOW WHEN PEOPLE ARE BEING BILLED FOR SERVICES THEY DIDNT ASK FOR OR NEED, THEY WILL BE ANGRY< ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY TRY TO TELL ME THEY DONT EVEN DO IT THAT WAY ,AND THEY DO. I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AS THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

If I cloud I would give no stars. I call in to this law office over a speeding ticket and spoke with a woman named Summer. I called back a week later to see what had been done so far, just to fined nothing had been done because Summer never charged my card. After asking why not she went on blaming me for her mistake. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE.

He did exactly what I needed for my traffic ticket. I was pulled over 70 in a 45. It was easy, I paid online, provided them what they needed and they took care of everything. Not much contact but to me, that's not a problem as long as everything is done.

I was pulled over for going 81 in a 45. I wasn't eligible for defensive driving so my options were limited unless I paid the fine. I found Jack's website and filled out the questionnaire. I received a prompt response and no promises were made about results, but they would visit the court on my behalf. It took a few months, but they were able to get me 90 days probation and the ticket was dismissed. The communication was excellent and prompt. I highly recommend their services!

My go to guy for tickets. Just got 2 traffic tickets fully dismissed which according to the city were $300 each.... Gotta love it!!!

Based solely on performance it would have been 5 stars. I was very happy with the outcome, 30 days probation. I only deducted 1 star due to communicate, and I'm not referring to status updates. When I hired Mr. Byno I understood for an update, other than the outcome letter, I was required to email him. I understand this and am fine with it, in fact I received an update within 24 hours, of emailing him. That's great, no issue. The reason I said communication is because on my outcome letter there were 2 typos, one corrected with pen (non issue), the other was in the fine due. The fine due was 175, the letter said both 175 and 190. If it wasn't for the small issue it would have been 5 stars. I will use Mr. Byno's services in the future if the need arises.
