They have helped my family with tickets in Colleyville, Keller, Bedford and Fort Worth, getting several tickets completely dismissed and keeping the others off our insurance. The best money I've ever spent! I received a ticket for not wearing a seat belt as a back seat passenger and Jack Byno got the charges dismissed. I provided the information and paid a very reasonable fee for the services and just over 2 months later the case was dismissed. No fuss, no additional costs. Incredible job achieving the best possible outcome! A huge thank you to Mr. Byno and his staff!

It is often easier to have an attorney deal with the hassle of the court system instead of fighting the battle alone. Jack will work out the best possible solution for your ticket problems. He has years of experience with these matters. Even if you're not sure, it's worth calling the office to see what they can do to help. I'm certain you will find the staff friendly and helpful. I know I have found Jack and his employees to be very helpful.

I have no idea what this guys doing for me, he never called me hes never in his office his secretary doesn't even try to connect you, i had a 400 dollar fine and i payed him to help me mitigate it, at least into something i can afford to pay, and he told me i didn't have to show up to the attorney pretrial a few days later he sends me a letter asking for the same 400 dollars, he did nothing for me, he plead no contest and got deferred adjudication which i could have done myself for free i will never hire this law firm again

Jack Byno is the best traffic attorney around DFW. If you have a traffic case or drug citation - Jack is the one to call. I know numerous clients of Jack Byno and all are very pleased with his services. Do not be disappointed by another attorney. Even if you have warrants out there, He will get them lifted and you can sleep at ease that he will get it dismissed or the best offer out there.

I have used Jack Byno since 2004. He's always flawlessly handled all of my tickets. I have *probably* had more than 30 speeding tickets in my lifetime. He's managed to keep every single one of them off my driving record (which has probably saved me thousands of dollars on my car insurance). Most of the cities surrounding Dallas and Fort Worth are impossible to get citations dismissed with but he gets the probation periods shortened (usually cities put you on "deferred adjudication" for periods of 90-120 days but oftentimes Jack gets the deferred adjudication period reduced to 30 days). This greatly decreases your risk of getting another violation in that same city during your probation period. I'm an insurance agent myself so I know better than anyone the cost of just paying the ticket and allowing it to go on your record. I see it affect the rates of customers all the time. Jack's office staff makes the handling of tickets easy. You can just give them all of the ticket information over the phone or you can fax a copy of the ticket to them. It's better to use Jack because his office has great processes (they keep track of all the paperwork from the courts so you won't have to). The reson this is important is I've seen people handle tickets themselves, do deferred adjudication, and the court STILL put it on their record because the court clerk keyed it in incorrectly. If that person lost the proof they were supposed to be on deferred adjudication, then it's just their word against the court. I don't have to tell you how that story ends. Also, when you use Jack, it buys you some more time. Most tickets have to be paid within 11-30 days when you handle them on your own. When you hire Jack, this is almost always extended to at least 2 months and I've seen some instances where the time was extended to 6 months (remember, I get a lot of tickets). Long story short, he and his office are amazing. I'll never use anyone else.
