Sheryl was very very helpful with all of my concerns when I spoke to her. She explained everything to me , and helped me with all my questions. Very respectful and polite.

Jack Byno handled my ticket last year. Jack informed me in advance of his charges and I was charged exactly what I expected. My ticket was handled quickly and professionally. His Assistant Nichole was polite and was able to answer any question I had. I liked that I was able to speak to someone each time I called. I've had bad experiences before with attorneys that did not deliver but this was not the case here. Jack will get my future business. I would refer all my friends and family as well. DO NOT USE THEM I REPEAT DONT USE THEM!!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR. I WENT TO THEM BECASUE I GOT 2 TICKETS IN MY WORK TRUCK. 1ST THEY TELL ME I HAD TO PAY $300 FOR THIER FEE. THEN THE COURT ISSUED A FALIURE TO APPEAR SO NOW I HAVE 3 TICKETS. I HAD TO PAY FOR 1 TICKET IN FULL THEN THEY SAID THEY WENT TO COURT AND GOT MY TICKETS OUT OF WARRENT STATUS AND GOT 1 OF THE TICKETS DOWN A FEW DOLLARS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HELL I PAID THEM FOR. I COULD HAVE FOUGHT A BETTER FIGHT THAN THAT. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME SO I WIND UP PAYIN FOR ALL TICKETS IN FULL......I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO ANDERSON AND ANDERSON....MAD AS HELL

This office was very rude. Was hung up on twice and called something crass. Would not use them for my legal advice. Too many attorney's out there to choose from. Here's a tip, don't hang up on potential clients and gain some customer service tools.

I hate there services , do not waste you time an effort, using this firm. First of all there isn't anyone at there offices that can answer a question properly, they don't even answer the phone at the office. They are the most in-com-pe-tent, irresponsible firm in Texas. Who so ever is giving this firm a five star, most be out of their mind. Jack u need to hire employees who are worthy of there job and knowledge. This a firm not a government office they are rude with no education towards the firm's customers, if this is the way they fight in court then it makes perfect sense why they loose most cases.

My daughter received a speeding ticket on her way home from college in a small town outside of Dallas in December 2014. My daughter tried to resolve the issue herself with the City by contacting the court and asking for deferred adjudication. My daughter was told that because she was doing 23MPH over the speed limit as opposed to 20 MPH, they would not give her deferred and wanted her to either pay the fine or show up for court. Since we live in Houston, going to court in the Dallas area at 9:00 in the morning was not a favored option, so we started looking for attorneys instead. I found Jack Byno through Google and contacted them. They asked for $75 up front for costs and asked my daughter to sign a Power of Attorney for him to represent her in court. As a paranoid mom, I would check in at least once a month because we had not heard anything and when I would call to inquire, the staff was always courteous and patient. At this point, all I wanted was for the court to accept payment of the fine without the ticket going on her record. (Tickets for teenage drivers hurts insurance costs a lot). The staff said they would do their best, but because she was 18, that many times a judge would require a defensive driving class in addition to whatever else would be decided. At no time, did the staff ever make any promises about the outcome. Imagine our jubilance when last week, my daughter received a letter in the mail from Jack Byno that her case had been DISMISSED and no further action on her part was required. Thank you Jack Byno and staff. We were very happy with your services.
