I hired Jack Byno's office when I got my very 1st traffic ticket. I spoke with a super friendly and well educated staff member. I believe her name was Sheryl. She walked me through the entire process and explained everything in detail for me. She made sure that ticket would not go on my driving record and lowered the fine amount.

I was apprehensive to hire an attorney for just a speeding ticket 6 miles over and a failure to appear but I called Jack Byno's office just to see how the process worked. I spoke with Jessica and she was so nice, I probably keep her on the phone for 20 minutes. She explained how their process worked and what they do when they go to court. Still apprehensive I hired the attorney taking my chances that I would be paying the fine amounts anyway but what really got me was that I could at least keep it off my record even though it went into warrant. It took about 2 months for them to get my case in court but in the end got the failure to appear dismissed and got a 30 day probation term for the speeding, I did have to pay the fine amount but was happy that I didn't have to pay the fine amount for the failure to appear. Plus I had the 2 months to save up anyways. If I ever need an attorney again for a traffic violation ill be coming back.

I got a ticket in Denton coming from college, for an open container. I didn't know what to do to keep it off my record. I called this law firm and spoke with Laura. She was very honest about the whole process and explained to me how everything worked. The firm was able to keep it off my record. I received a speeding ticket in a construction zone in Wise County. What could be worse? Uh…workers present. Everyone said to get an attorney, so I found Jack Byno’s office online. When I called, Nichole answered the phone. I told her the situation and she assured me that we could keep this off my record. She did let me know that I was most likely going to pay the fines, but nothing would be on my record and that if I chose for Mr. Byno to go to court it would cost more and fine removal was not a guarantee. I was not concerned with the fine as much as keeping it off my record. So I went the simple route. I delivered my ticket to the law office and paid the fee. Nichole told me she would be in touch when she new something. Within a week, Nichole called me to let me know that she had spoken with the powers that be and negotiations were underway. A couple weeks later she called to say that the courts had agreed to let me pay the fines and be on a 3 month probation period. I was able to pay the fine in two installments. Yippee!!!! What a lifesaver!!! I think I have a “best friend” in this law office :) I will definitely be keeping their number in my contacts, and I suggest that if you get a ticket, you call Jack Byno’s office and ask for Nichole.

I called Jack Byno's office and spoke to the receptions about the traffic ticket I had at Interstate I 35 Hillsboro Tx. I told her that I had CDL and need to keep off of my driving record. After she explained to me the process, I hired this attorney. A four months later I received an appeal bond later and lawyer asked me to sign and include $342 money order to payable to Hill county. After I sended a week later I received later that informing me my case was dismised, also the lawyer returned to me my $342.00. Money order. I was very happy,I will use this attorney. Thank you very much.

I received two speeding tickets and did not know what to do to keep them off my record. I called Jack Byno's office and spoke with one of the ladies at the office. Jack went to court for me and kept both of them off my record. Hopefully I don't get another ticket but if I do I will use him again. Thank you Jack Byno!

on August of this year, a state trooper stopped me for road side inspection. he discovered three mechanic problems. two weeks later, i received a bill from the court for more than $230. i gave my case to Jack Byno so he could represent me and he went to court on November 15 and he was able to make the case dismissed. i was very satisfied with this case that is why i recommend him and i would give him another case in the future if necessary.

On September 16, 2013, at around 9 PM, I was ticketed for speeding in the city of Lake Dallas. I was ticketed for 41 in a 30. I knew that, at no time, had I exceeded MPH, so started preparing my case with a statement, satellite photos, and notes. I was due to appear in municipal court on October 8, 2013, but I decided to sit on an earlier court to learn how the system works. I had fully intended to represent myself. I learned very quickly that my chances of being found "not guilty" in municipal court was practically nil. That is when I engaged the services of Attorney Jack Byno. He immediately appealed to case to Denton County. Three appearances and several "deal offers" later, I appeared in County Criminal Court No. 4 in Denton, Texas, on August 26, 2013. Thanks to the excellent representation of Attorney Lindsay Matthews I was found "NOT Guilty". I highly recommend this law firm and especially Lindsay Matthews. If the opportunity ever arises (I hope it doesn't), I will call on them again.

I hired Jack Byno's office about 3 months ago. I had received a ticket in Watauga for speeding. I spoke with Liz, she was very helpful and explained the process to me. No guarantees of the outcome. I did have to pay the ticket just like she said, but it is kept off my record. I will definitely use them again, but hopefully not anytime soon. :)
