We hired Byno for a speeding ticket that was 30 over in hopes that we could keep the ticket off the record...and insurance. It took a hot minute, but the ticket was dismissed. Not sure how this happened, but so glad it did. Way worth the $$. Cheaper than paying the ticket.

I was told about the potential resolutions to my case. I stated to them the goal I was hiring them for, and then agreed. Now I am paying the same amount I would have anyway plus lawyer fees. I was then told, “I’m sorry our goals weren’t the same.” I stated my goal and purpose for hiring them clearly, so them not having the same goal as myself is on them, though all they keep doing is blaming me. They are a scam and not worth hiring unless you want to pay more, not less.

Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. The service is a complete waste of money and time. My complaints about terrible communication and lack of effort, were met with an email from this child blaming ME for the issues (They got my email wrong, texted me about it with a message that literally said "can not receive responses" and then blamed ME for not texting it back!) If you get a ticket do anything other than hire this guy. He will do nothing for you, but he's be happy to take your money and blame you for not knowing better than to give it to him

I called Mr Byno they got it dismissed. He is perfect if you like respond thru email, If not he isn’t the lawyer for you. Thanks

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had several unpaid traffic tickets holding my license from being renewed. I hired an attorney in Houston and he had them all fixed within 1 month- for great prices and I received NO convictions. I had a ticket in Ferris and he for some reason referred me to Jack Byno- they never explained any of the process to me and then two days after my supposed court date they tell me to send them a money order for the full ticket amoint. Why would I have paid them $150 to receive the same outcome. I could have just called and paid the ticket to the court months ago and renewed my license. Read the other reviews when you search his name. I made a huge mistake and didn’t not review before I paid him! Helped with nothing- terrible

The service provided outside of legal casework is awful. There's no good way to contact anyone at the office to get information on your case. You can fill out an email worksheet but I wasn't contacted, for months. When I did call I was hung up on after stating "this is the worst service I've received from a law office". On call back, same person answered and immediately began berating me for the interruption before hanging up again. I've never had such neglectful if not rude service from a law office. There are much better offices out there for lower costs.

this is a very horrible sorry and awful law firm i hired them and i ended up having to pay more money and they will wait it out and if you have any tickets its best to go else where because they will only take your money and you end paying more

couldnt even get my tickets dismissed in denton county now i have to pay surcharge cause i got convicted never stayed in contact never could get anybody to call me back worst experience never go there again.

THEY DO NOT FIGHT FOR ANYTHING AT THIS OFFICE THEY ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL ONLY EMAIL YOU AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY THEY DONT EXPLAIN ANYTHING . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER USING THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY AGAIN

Do not waste your time or money on this attorney's office.  They are a scam and don't even fight the ticket.  I could have gotten a better result using a monkey.  My daughter got her first speeding ticket ever while she was out of state traveling in TX (we live in FL) so we did a search and found Jack Byno via the web.  Our option was to pay the ticket fine ($184) and elect school to avoid points, or to fight the ticket via an attorney.  Thus we hired Mr. Byno to fight the ticket.  We paid his fee and were told he would be able to likely get her fine reduced and avoid school.  Well, that was a joke.  Basically he got NOTHING DONE.  We ended up having to pay the same fine ($184) and she was required to do the school.  So basically we paid Mr. Byno's fee for nothing.  When we discussed our disappointment with the outcome, NOTHING was offered.  No discount on his fee.  Then, to add insult to injury, we specifically requested that all correspondence be sent to our address in FL so that we could pay the fine and take care of the school.  Instead, they sent the notice to our TX address which we specifically told them not to do.  After calling them they stated they would send the letter to our home in FL since we weren't in TX.  A week later, nothing arrived.  So we called them to ask if they could just give us the payment info so we wouldn't be late and cause more problems.  They stated they would email it.  Four hours later... take a guess... no email.  So we called again.  This time we were told "It's Monday and we are very busy.  You will have the email by the end of the day".  I knew we only had 3 days to mail out the payment and did not want to wait until the end of the day, so I asked the person on the phone if they could just give me the payment information over the phone.  The woman then got a huge attitude and said "Hold please" and then proceeded to hang up the phone on us.  I called back again and someone else answered the phone.  I again asked to get the information as we did not want to wait to mail out the payment for fear of it being late and causing more problems.  No apologies that the prior woman had just hung up on me.  Instead, I was told to "Calm Down".  Finally, after multiple requests and some of the most rude customer service I have ever received, we were sent the email.  Bottom line, you are nothing but a number to this attorney and his staff.  Don't expect any good legal arguments to be made.  First ticket ever for my daughter and they got NOTHING done.  We would have been better off to have just paid the ticket and elected school.  We could have saved paying their fee.  I honestly have no one to blame but myself, because I didn't read these reviews before I hired this bozo.  If I had, I would have passed immediately.  Now, my only solace is in knowing that perhaps I can save some of you the headache of learning the hard way.  Avoid this guy and his rude staff like the plague.

The reviews are real here, it's been the worst experience ever. I called them and paid for them to take care of my case. $150 to lift a warrant and get a court date. After MONTHS of NO communication, I get a letter in the mail stating I need to pay $420 in "fees" plus 90 days probation. $420 is more than if I would of paid Denton County directly with no lawyer. This guy and his staff are really unprofessional and never updated me about anything. I should of listened to other reviews and stayed away from Jack Byno. They take your money and don't try to help you at all. They do what's easy for him and don't care about what happens to you. STAY AWAY!!! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, PLEASE!!! I'm sure he'll copy and paste his generic response to this review.

He is the Best Lawyer in Texas without a doubt . Whenever I get a ticket I do pay the Citation, however I have a clean driving record and my insurance never goes up . I recommend Jack Byno to all of my family & friends !
