John Setzer did a outstanding job getting my divorce done in in, what i consider a quick fashion. He successfully negotiated with my ex's attorney, carefully gathering facts and presenting the lawto the other attorney in such a way that i was able to achieve all my goals. He worked quickly with the court and got the paperwork completed and signed. Thank you for your warm-hearted courtesy and professional expertise!

At $300/hr. I was hoping for fair representation. Here are just a (few) scenarios: Jill did not have my back during mediation, I felt bullied to comply with the mediator. The mediation was too vague, the defendant was able to take thousands $$ more personal property due to language written. Jill had been late to a hearing she had overlapped with another, yet I was charged full. With poor mannerism, Jill made me defend myself when other council told her some false claims throughout. I can go on and on of my distress with Jill, so, In the end, I settled (due to exhaustion), got the divorce, paid the hefty bill. I have since did a modification of child support (new attorney) and now receiving just due to us. Looking back, I should had pull out, after red flags, but I was hoping it would get better.....Overall, I have to take responsibility since I settled... I do not recommend this law firm.
