Mr. Hopkins represented me on a criminal case in Montgomery County, Texas. He was able to get the case dismissed. His firm did an excellent job. He has a good working relationship with the district attorneys and courts.

john Paul Hopkins and the Hopkins Law Firm did an OUTSTANDING job for me. Mr. Hopkins has a tox expert (Ms. Wendy) that works for him full time. She knows all about the tox stuff and the law related to it. Between John Paul and Ms. Wendy they had every base covered and then some. I can't tell you how awesome it was to watch them in action the day they got my case dismissed. When we got to court for the hearing there were about 4-5 Grimes County SO sitting on a bench waiting to testify against me. They were SHUT DOWN and whatever the law was that John Paul and Ms. Wendy argued, when we left after the case was dismissed ALL of the Grimes Co SO were gone and none of them ever stepped foot into the courtroom. Mr. Hopkins and his staff are extremely knowledgeable. I used him for a DWI last year. He ended up getting it dropped after filing to suppress evidence from my stop. He was fantastic!
