Knowing there were affirmative defenses and responsive emotions to state misconduct, Crowl engaged in that oppressive lawyering denying motion practice resulting in frivolous cases going forward without objection.

I have never had a run-in with the law, so facing felony charges--I felt like my life was ruined. Chad Crowl was not only responsive (because I called often, and he made sure to give me a call back--even if there was nothing to report), but he was very reassuring and understanding. He listed out all of my possible outcomes in a way I could understand from worst case to best case and the likelihood of each. Luckily, I was granted terms for dismissal.
