Pros
1
Excellent legal representation and positive outcomes for clients
“I have referred plenty of family members and coworkers for criminal defense and family law and will continue to refer people. Pretty good outcomes despite the charges and circumstance.”
2
Compassionate and understanding attorneys who provide clear communication and guidance
“Mr Duckworth was my representing attorney in a pending charge and from our first meeting he did his best to set my mind at ease. It was my first (and god willing only) time in a criminal court and needless to say I was uncomfortable. He displayed total compassion and understanding of the facts.”
3
Hardworking attorneys who go the extra mile for their clients
“He and his staff went the extra mile to take the evidence I provided and dictated my side of the story . They reached out to me to ask for details if needed and answered my questions when I had them.”
4
Attorneys with integrity and professionalism
“Mr Duckworth has integrity , something that is severely lacking in people these days. My daughter is currently a law student and I hope she carries herself and treats her clients with the class and honor Tony Duckworth showed me.”
Cons
1
Poor communication and responsiveness from some attorneys and staff
“Paid 11k on Darin Ray. When I needed to talk to him it would take weeks for him to give a simple call or email. He works with the state not his clients that pay him there hard earned money.”
2
Instances of attorneys not showing up to court appearances
“Called and spoke with the father I believe and I got the son Dylan as a lawyer, the worst lawyer I could have gotten for my silly case. Out of 4 court appearances he showed up to 2.”
3
Concerns about attorneys prioritizing money over client interests
“Informed the attorney to advise what the best outcome of my case would be straight up jail time and wanted another 1,000 to help represent me. The staff does not have your best interest at heart.”
