I called to schedule a consultation back in January. They charged me $50. I called about an hour later to cancel and I was told I'd get a refund. They never refunded my money even though an hour had barely passed since I scheduled. I just called again four months later because I realized my account was never refunded and I was told I wouldn't be getting a refund.

Mr. Steinmann and his team handled my divorce with care, concern, and understanding. Mr. Steinmann worked with me to resolve my case in mediation which made it more affordable for me. We definately could have gone to court but Mr.Steinmann was able to get me everything I wanted without the additional expense.

Prepaid for a consult on wills and trusts. The attorney who was supposed to provide the consult no showed. Two attempts to reschedule ended badly. As a result the consult never happened. Their office staff have been unhelpful regarding my refund for the consult that never happened. Very disappointing.

We had a consultation with Bert and he is amazing! Super helpful and informative, but most of all honest about what we needed to do. Unfortunately we weren’t able to pursue legal action with our case, but will definitely be using his services if our circumstances change.
