Matt was remarkable. He was efficient, clear in his communication and was successful in getting us the best possible outcome. He is extremely compassionate and genuine in his desire to help his clients.

Hands down the best in Texas. I’ve had 3 cases with Matt all of which were dismissed before trial. While dependability is a quality you want in a lawyer and one all claim to have Matt actually looks out for YOUR best interest not what’s easiest or what’s more profitable for him. When you call he answers, there’s no anxiety sitting in court wondering if he’s going to show up if he says he’s going to be there you can bet on it.

Mathew got me off a possession charge and made it quick and easy I only had to do 10 hour’s community service and a drug class way better than a felony in my opinion he was also very respectful and made my Christmas

Matt did an amazing job with my case she was on my case for less than a month after sitting in jail for almost 5 months fighting a 4 year sentence my first court date with Matthew she got me 6 months State jail and both my second and third-degree felonies drop down two State jail felonies. I had my baby in jail and Matthew was able to make it to where I got to see her before she turned 6 months old. He came and saw me several times at the jail to go over my case and he worked very hard for me. And he was only a court appointed attorney I've never had a court appointed attorney do what Matthew did for me. And I will be forever grateful for what he did for me. I would recommend him to anyone with any kind of case is a very good respectful and proactive attorney who does his job and doesn't work for the DEA he works for you!

Absolutely amazing attorney! I was facing 30 days in jail or 18 months of probation for screwing up my current probation by getting a 2nd DWI and Mr.Nuefeld got me a GREAT deal! They wanted me to do 5 days in jail plus extend my probation for another year, but he got it down to just 1 year probation with NO fines besides the court costs! He even got them to waive the fees from the previous probation I was on, which was $892! Thank you, Mr.Nuefeld!

After a 9 month bloodletting of a botched DWI acquisition from the state of Texas, Matt was able to completely dismiss the case. I was arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriffs and charged with DWI 4th and they were trying to send me to prison for 2 - 20 years. He fought very hard against the prosecution and got the charges reduced to a misdemeanor 30 days county with no fine. He is very prompt with answering any questions and treated me very respectfully. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a competent attorney to take on a difficult case.
