I have known Oscar Sommers for about 40 years, as he was my criminal investigator while I served as the elected Montgomery County Attorney from 1981-1985. During that time he was attending law school. Upon graduation and licensing, he has distinguished himself with rising through the ranks of the U S Army as a judge advocate general (JAG) to the rank of full Colonel upon his retirement a few years ago. He practices in my building and I am impressed with how conscientious he is in representing all his clients. He brings years of practical experience coupled with common sense to his practice.
