I have to recant my statement I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone else I would’ve never gotten nearly as far. The fact that my cdl is still allowed me to work just after a year of what I went through and, put on myself but, at the same time the lawyer here cared enough to even give me the super positives about what happened for me and my case. Thinking that I got screwed when in actuality I probably got off nearly Scott free considering my case. So I gotta give it to them they did an amazing job for my case and definitely appreciate them.

For starters, I already knew going in that my 3 DWI case was going to be a difficult one. I had my 2nd DWI only a year before my 3, and my first in 2015. Three DWIs in five years. I was pulled over back in December going about 110-120 mph on i-45 S. Almost the same exact location and speed as my 2nd DWI in 2018. Doug Atkinson is a very well known, professional attorney that I knew would take care of me and my complicated situation. I knew I wanted to retain Doug the day I was released from jail. Based on other personal experiences and his notoriety in Conroe, I didn't think twice. When we discussed my case, he listened intently, respected my privacy, and my favorite thing -- he never once sugar coated anything. He was upfront and honest about everything that I could be facing. Three DWIs in five years with fast speed and high BAC did not work in my favor. Doug went ABOVE (literally) and beyond to get me an offer that would enable me to keep my job, and keep me out of prison. He never stopped until we received an offer that was fitting and life saving. He also was down to earth in the sense that I could call or text him, on his personal phone, if I had any questions or concerns. His whole team always was professional and welcoming. He ended up working out a deal with an ada that reduced my 3rd degree felony down to a class A misdemeanor. I have multiple conditions that I am required to follow, but with Doug helping me avoid a felony conviction, I'm starting to get my life back on track. I could write a book on how great he is. I don't plan on getting in trouble ever again, but things happen, and I will use Doug for the rest of my life. I can't thank him enough, I'm still in shock, it hasn't completely hit me yet. Thank you Doug and your team for everything, you are a life saver!
