So your charged with a crime in montgomery county! U will soon find out how much u wish u hadn't! Montgomery county is growing fast and i believe one of the fastest growing citys in the nation! One of my biggest mistakes was getting a second dwi. It was all confusing and every lawyer of corse promises to fight hard for you so u get the best possible outcome. So Who do u trust and believe? I can not express how happy I used Douglas Atkinson as my attorney to handle my case in Montgomery County. He saw the human not another criminal. The gratitude for the whole office. I had my case dismissed at my 2nd court date, just like he indicated the first visit with him. He pushed the DA to take a look at my medical history and to drop charges against me. Best Lawyer if you ask me. Doug and his associates really cares about their clients. I had 2 felony cases in which both were dismissed. Every time I showed up to court and Doug walks through the court doors you can feel his aggressiveness yet respected aura amongst the court personnel. His tactics knowledge in cases are amazing. Going into any legal situation can and was for me very intimidating and full of anxiety.
