Doug and team assisted a young friend, Cody, with DUI case. I had reviewed his history prior to our first appointment and the reviews did not disappoint. I was less familiar with Montgomery County and depended on reviews and his record in atty selection. From the start they were professional, communicated each step and got incredible results. The case was dismissed and he has no record of having a DUI. In addition, he filed to expunge the record so going forward any searches when our friend applies for a job, apartment, etc and a search is done, they will find no record of the incident. Rachel was a sweetheart in helping on court days. Would highly recommend Doug & team for your needs.

I had to really think about what I wanted to say regarding my recent representation by the team at Atkinson law. I will say I met Doug once, and he’s a great salesman. I hired him immediately. My case lasted 6 months and it felt like my hearing kept getting reset to a later date. At the end, I scheduled a meeting to come see Doug but I was only able to meet with Sophie. I want to make it clear that I do believe Doug has way too many clients and maybe sometimes doesn’t have time to meet with you one on one. But having said that, I believe he has a great team behind him and that’s what good attorneys do. Sophie met with me a few times. She listened to my concerns and answered all the questions. At the end, I was able to meet with Sophie on a Tuesday and my case was dismissed on Thursday. I am very thankful to the Atkinson’s team. I think no case is easy and some of us just need to be patient and trust that the people that are working for you are doing exactly that. Sophie worked her magic and got my case dismissed on a day that I truly wasn’t expecting it. I will absolutely recommend the Atkinson team. I think Sophie is a superstar. Rachel is always there to answer your calls and help out to get your questions answered. I’m specially, thankful to Silvia who referred me to this office. It was a pleasure working with them, and I can assure you that Doug and his team is the team you want standing next to you if you ever find yourself starting in a court room.
