My wife and I had our wills revised and rewritten by Jim Dossey. It was one of the most informative and pleasant experiences we have had with an attorney. Jim's "bedside manner" was superb. His estate planning insights and guidance throughout the entire process was excellent. Jim's knowledge and suggestions lent clarity to what oftentimes is a difficult process; and the entire process from our first meeting to the final signing took only a couple of weeks. It was time to update our wills and related documents and we were seeking advice on the need for a trust. Within 1 day after my initial general request to Paige Jones for information we received estate plan packages service and price list and available meeting times. From then on, the data/information request to us, the meeting to review our data, the receipt of draft documents, the interactive review of our questions and comments on the drafts and the final review and signing was timely and efficient.
