Timothy is definitely someone you should call if you want an attorney who knows the system, takes the time to explain the situation to you so you understand it, and follows through on what he says he will do. I had recently got a possession charge ,while i sit aroud for 2 weeks worried about what was going to happen lose my license,probation,fines. Then i called Tim Rose Law ,I mean as soon as i talked with him he put me at ease, let me know what options i had .All in All said and done case was dismissed never even stood in front of a judge.If i could give him 10 stars i would .AWESOME LAWYER!!!!!!!!!

Took me a while to figure out the words. I had a criminal case that I picked up really didn’t know much and on how to handle the issue so I started my own search and further I dug I started to get worried. Then I got an advertisement in my mail from Timothy rose didn’t really believe what the amount was.. until I gave him a call once we spoke about the issue he reassured me that I wasn’t in a big problem and the amount was affordable which gave me a bit of calm. So I hired him. Like everyone I also looked at all the reviews and didn’t find nothing bad about this lawyer. As soon as the courts dates came he reset them till next year and I was a little bit upset cause I had to go threw all this till next year and then he was able to get me into a program that would dismissed my case of course I had to put my part in it to get it done. Once I finished all the steps and completed the class I let him know and told me it just needed to be signed. A week went by and during that week I know I may have got on his nerves cause I texted him everyday asking him the same thing well at the end of the week (Friday) I just gave up and let it play out . I didn’t know if it was going to take longer or what but I had to be patient and soon enough on Monday morning he texted me that it all done and over. I was shocked and didn’t really believe was I was reading so I still confirmed twice to make sure I was reading correctly and it was (dismissed). Know I can live my life normal again. So thank you Tim for your work I really appreciate it. I would highly recommend this lawyer to any one that’s in trouble with the law. One more thing I would like to say is this guy is Bold and Truthful to the bone even if you may not like what he says I can guarantee you he is telling you the truth. Tim did a grerat job getting me paid after an accident. Takes a while, but that is why yoou need someone like him to as he put it "keep a foot on their throats," He's a no-nonsense fighter.
