I still maintain what I stated below, please quit emailing every day! Almost wanna drop a star(infact i will) got a call from a nurse working with the firm reviewing records, an that i needed to send in my VA blue button records... I stated I did(several months earlier) I then looked up the email where i sent them in too(a attorney there) she then states oh ok I see in your file the 400 some odd pages... my concern is, youre the pros... if you say youre reviewing my file an I am missing something, I expect that to mean you actually ARE reviewing... i try do to my due diligence, i always expect the same. like below I will update my review as these cases progress later this year. Upto this point in the cases progress seems immature to be emailing everyday for a review... I will be generous and say upto this point I have been happy, a more personalized update as to my file and case would be nice, but with no movement in this something tort case till next year, I understand. Confirmation that they have everything they need from me would be nice, with maybe a realistic best guess of what I may expect.... however this law office is legit, and i believe they will handle my case correctly when the time comes... after that I would be more then happy to update my review accordingly.

Filed a M3 Compaint over a year ago sent in sensitive documents twice lost them both E filed the 3rd time and haven't heard a peep
